Realme C12 and C15 Overview
Mini-drop Display and Geometric Gradient Design
Both Realme C12 and C15 flaunt the same 6.5-inch LCD HD+ panel. This panel can go up to 420 nits max brightness and has a resolution of 1600x720p. The panel houses a Water-drop notch which the company calls Mini-drop. In terms of protection, Corning Gorilla Glass is there.
When it comes to design, it’s the same as well. Both phones have attractive Geometric Gradient design that makes them trendy and stylish. The texture is unique and the rear panel is resistant to fingerprints and scratches.
The power button and volume rockers are placed on the right edge, whereas the 3.5mm headphone jack and Micro-USB port are in the bottom edge. The bezels are also quite visible around the device. 13MP Rear Camera Setup
Realme C12 comes with a Triple camera setup while C15 comes with a Quad camera setup. C12 combines 13MP Main sensor + 2MP B&W Sensor + 2MP Macro Sensor, but C15 has an additional 8MP Ultra Wide-Angle sensor and 2MP Macro Sensor is replaced with 2MP Retro Sensor. Helio G35 Chipset, Realme UI And Storage
Helio G35 chipset, Octa-core processor, and Mali GE8320 GPU are all integrated inside both devices to deliver performance. It is the same processor that is available on the Poco C3. The Helio G35 is an optimized chipset for games and the Octa-core processor is of 12nm and can go up to 2.3GHz Clock speed. To handle all the heavy graphics work Mali GE8320 GPU is there.
Further, C12 has a 3GB RAM and C15 comes with both 3GB and 4GB RAM to choose from. This LPDDR4X RAM ensures the smooth performance of this device. Realme UI based on Android 10 OS runs the device that makes the user feel a more smooth experience while using the device.
In terms of storage, C12 only has 32GB option but C15 has 32GB options as well as 64GB option. Both can be further expanded via MicroSD card slot. Mega 6000mAh battery is packed inside both devices for juice. Samsung Galaxy F41 also packs similar 6000mAh sized battery. This mega-sized battery does the job of providing juice excellently. C12 supports 10W Charge whereas C15 supports 18W Quick Charge and both support Reverse Charging.

The average mid-ranger phones compete with the likes of Redmi 9 and Redmi Note 9. Realme C12 and C15 both feel satisfying with the presence of a 6000 mAH battery. The Helio G35 processor in both the devices also provides good performance for gaming. Similarly, it is just a matter of time when the Type C connector arrives in all mid range phones, instead of Micro USB. But for now, we have to bear it on these devices.
