NTA Starts Complaint Handling System to Register Mobile and Internet Problems Online.

NTA (Nepal Telecommunication Authority), the regulator for Telecommunication sector has initiated a Complain handling system to register and address the customer complains. If you have got any problem related to mobile and internet services, you can seek support of NTA with this portal by registering your issues online.

Sometimes you feel helpless for the mobile and internet related problems. But this online complain registration now helps people to easily file their issues in the NTA portal. Earlier people could only send their complains to NTA via Emails and Telephone number which was quite unsystematic.

All the registered complains will be now accumulated by the NTA system and they shall forward those issues to the respective telcos. Moreover, the complain management system also lets you to keep track of your complains for further actions taken.

How does the NTA complain handling system help?

First the NTA complaint handling system enables people to register their chronic mobile/internet issues and seek support of NTA for the resolution.

Further, the systematic portal helps NTA to easily manage all the complains from people and follow the respective service provider for prompt resolution. The complain registration also helps NTA to evaluate the quality of service (QoS) from the CSPs.

How to Register Mobile/Internet complains to NTA?

To register your mobile and internet related complains or problems, you can follow the steps as:

  • Go to NTA Complaint handling system portal (NTA-CHS)
  • First register yourself in the portal by Clicking Sign up and fill the form, with Name, Mobile no, email (username) and password. Click Register.
  • Then you will get a link in your email for the confirmation, click it.
  • Login to your account using the username and password.
  • After log in, click “Add complain” and fill in the details like Service provider, complain category, User ID, ticket number from the service provider, and the complain description. You can also attach any photo or pdf document with the complain. Finally click Post Complain.
  • In addition to registering your complain, you can also find the update on those complains in “My Complains” tab.

With the customer complain management system in place, NTA requests all the consumers and the stakeholders to use the system in it’s website. Although each service provider have their own customer complain system, this NTA portal enables people to register and put more pressure on the service provider to resolve their chronic issues.

As some of the problems could be temporary, we request you to reach NTA for lingering problems only.

This online complaint management system is definitely one step ahead to meet customer’s demand for good quality of service and help mitigate any issues (like balance theft, poor coverage, low speed, etc).
