NTA (Nepal Telecommunication Authority), the regulator for Telecommunication sector has initiated a Complain handling system to register and address the customer complains. If you have got any problem related to mobile and internet services, you can seek support of NTA with this portal by registering your issues online.
Sometimes you feel helpless for the mobile and internet related problems. But this online complain registration now helps people to easily file their issues in the NTA portal. Earlier people could only send their complains to NTA via Emails and Telephone number which was quite unsystematic.
All the registered complains will be now accumulated by the NTA system and they shall forward those issues to the respective telcos. Moreover, the complain management system also lets you to keep track of your complains for further actions taken.
First the NTA complaint handling system enables people to register their chronic mobile/internet issues and seek support of NTA for the resolution.
Further, the systematic portal helps NTA to easily manage all the complains from people and follow the respective service provider for prompt resolution. The complain registration also helps NTA to evaluate the quality of service (QoS) from the CSPs.
