Nepal Telecom is the largest telecom operator in Nepal with a wide range of services. Wider the service range, greater effort is required to satisfy customers to meet their demand for inquiry and complaints. Nepal Telecom has been providing several inquiry numbers with which people can directly contact the company. For the convenience of the customers, these numbers can be accessed from any Ntc numbers without any charges/cost.

Here is the list of free calling numbers for inquiry about services in Ntc.

Details of Ntc inquiry numbers

  • Using 191, you can get information regarding wireless services like GSM, CDMA, and WiMAX. After dialing 191, you can select 1 for GSM, 2 for CDMA, and 3 for Wimax. Then you can inquire about that service or register complaints.
  • The oldest inquiry service of Nepal Telecom is 197. With which you can get the landline phone number of any particular business or organization. It is the call-based yellow page service of Nepal Telecom. You can also find the telephone number of individuals or organizations from their portal as explained here.
  • For the Fixed-line service, Nepal Telecom dedicates a special number called 198 where the system picks up a call and you can dial a specific number to get the required service. The system is popularly called IVR technology. After you dial 198, you need to press 1 for telephone complain, 2 for ADSL complain, 3 for VSAT complain, 4 for FTTH fiber internet service, 5 for leased line service. You then need to enter the number of the respective service for maintenance, which will be registered into the system to initiate the work.
  • Finally, the inquiry, complaint number for wireless services like GSM, CDMA, and WiMAX is 1498. You can call this number and talk with the representative to inquire about the wireless service.
